The Team

  • Man in sunglasses, headphones, and a camouflage cap gestures with his right hand, holding a firearm in his left hand, outdoors near a wooden rail and gravel background.

    Mike | CEO

Mike is a retired U.S. Navy SEAL with over twenty years of active duty service, including more than a decade with the Naval Special Warfare Development Group (DEVGRU), the Navy’s Tier 1 Special Missions Unit. • Man with a camouflage jacket and cap looking through binoculars in a vehicle, with a woman in an orange jacket outside the window.

Rex | COO & Chief Engineer

Rex is a man of few words — mostly because he’s already done the math and decided yours aren’t worth interrupting his silence. An engineer by trade and a problem-solver by nature, he brings an advanced understanding of firearms, ballistics, and the kind of hunting that requires patience, precision, and a complete absence of small talk. He won’t tell you how to do it — he’ll just do it better and let you figure out why.

  • Young man standing outdoors in a grassy area with trees, holding a water bottle, with a backpack on the ground nearby.

    Steve | CMO

Steve brings a wealth of expertise in international logistics, resource management, and international programs, developed over years of working and living across five continents. With a proven track record of coordinating complex projects and navigating diverse cultural landscapes, he is adept at building and leveraging global networks to achieve mission success.

    Tommy | Instructor

Tommy is a retired U.S. Army veteran with 24 years of active duty service, most of it spent in direct action units. He also served as a Small Unit Tactics (SUT) instructor, shaping the next generation of warfighters. When he wasn’t deployed across the Middle East, he was training—always sharpening his edge. Tommy has completed a wide range of military and civilian courses focused on tactical and technical applications for both pistol and rifle platforms.

  • A man with long curly hair, a mustache, and beard, standing with arms crossed at an indoor shooting range. He's wearing dark sunglasses, a camouflage cap, a dark shirt, and khaki pants.

    Eric | Instructor

Eric hates everyone equally — and that’s what makes him fair. He doesn’t discriminate, doesn’t play favorites, and doesn’t sugarcoat the truth. His standards are high, his patience is low, and his ability to spot bullshit is unparalleled. If you're getting feedback from Eric, it’s probably because you needed to hear it. And if he lets you stick around? You’re probably doing something right.

  • A man in outdoor gear holding a cellphone, standing in a forested area with trees and hills in the background.

    Dom | Instructor

Dom is a former U.S. Navy SEAL with ten years of active duty service, all with a West Coast-based SEAL Team. An expert in small unit tactics and long-range precision shooting, Dom continued to serve the community after his time in uniform as a program manager for Naval Special Warfare Group One Training Detachment, where he supported a variety of complex training sites used by all West Coast SEAL Teams. He completed two combat deployments to Iraq and holds a B.S. from the University of Charleston.

    Trevor | Instructor

Trevor is a former U.S. Navy SEAL with twelve years of active duty service, including five years with DEVGRU, the Navy’s elite counterterrorism and hostage rescue unit. He completed multiple combat deployments to Iraq, Afghanistan, and Yemen, executing high-risk operations and supporting global counter-terrorism efforts.

  • A man dressed in tactical military gear, holding a firearm, standing on a sandy desert surface.

    Justin | Instructor

Justin served 21 years on active duty as a Navy EOD Master Technician, completing multiple combat deployments to Iraq, Afghanistan, and Africa. For nearly a decade, he was a special operations urban combat instructor, specializing in breaching and close-quarters tactics. As a Master Breacher, he brought precision, adaptability, and calm under pressure to some of the most demanding missions in modern warfare — working alongside SEAL and ODA platoons in high-stakes environments across the globe.

  • Man in camouflage holding a deer antler outdoor in a snowy landscape.

Will | Conditioning Coach & Guide

Will grew up guiding and outfitting in the wilderness of Montana, where rugged terrain and hard work were just part of the daily routine. A seasoned outdoorsman, he’s spent countless days chasing elk through the timber, tracking mule deer across open country, and casting flies into Montana’s cold, clear rivers. When he’s not deep in the backcountry or waist-deep in a trout stream, you’ll find him smashing into people on the rugby pitch or taking long walks on the beach — ideally the kind that ends at a grill with a steak and a cold beer.

  • A man in camouflage military gear wearing sunglasses and a helmet, smiling, holding a rifle with a scope, against a clear blue sky with snow-covered mountains in the background.

    Tony | Guide

Tony is a lifelong Montanan and a true woodsman in every sense of the word. He’s an avid hunter, skilled survivalist, craftsman with wood, and a passionate firearms enthusiast. If you’re heading into the backcountry or out to the range—bring Tony. He lives for it.

  • Smiling man wearing sunglasses and a dark polo shirt, sitting at a table near a window with a view of a lake or river in the background.

    Joe | Advisor

Joe Geary has over 25 years of active service in the Army with four combat tours in Iraq and Afghanistan and three extended disaster responses to Hurricanes Katrina, Sandy, and Fiona.  A 1998 graduate of West Point, Joe grew up on his family ranch in Helmville, Montana where he still hunts and fishes.  Joe is a registered Professional Engineer with a Ph.D. in Civil Engineering (Univ. of Notre Dame) and Masters Degrees in Engineering Management (Univ. of Missouri S&T) and National Security Studies (National Defense University).

  • A man wearing a camouflage jacket, bright orange cap, and orange vest taking a selfie in a field of tall, brown grass with a cloudy sky in the background.

    Darren | Outdoor Enthusiast

Darren has spent a lifetime in the outdoors doing what he loves — from fly fishing and hiking to chasing big game across the backcountry. An avid hunter, he’s pursued upland birds, turkey, antelope, deer, and elk, and finds just as much joy in the quiet stillness of ice fishing as he does in the thrill of the hunt. Whether exploring remote trails by foot or side-by-side, Darren thrives in wild places — but it’s his passion for teaching others that truly sets him apart. Sharing knowledge, mentoring newcomers, and helping others connect to the land is what fuels his time in the field.
