Day One

Arrival + Shooting Fundamentals

The day is designed to get everyone grounded and comfortable—good food, a smooth check-in, and a clear on-ramp. After a full safety brief, you’ll run a pistol evolution on the flat range to establish fundamentals and a shared baseline, then close with a relaxed fireside debrief and a clean plan for Day 2.

Day Two

SKill Building + Team Cohesion

This is the “work day” of the retreat—structured, coached, and tailored to your group’s comfort level. Choose a flat-range focus (pistol/carbine), a long-range precision focus (out to a mile), or split the day. The evening shifts into leadership mode with a fireside chat with the cadre—stories, lessons learned, and practical takeaways for decision-making, accountability, and team cohesion.

Day Three

Montana Day or Continued Range Day

Day 3 is the most “Montana” day—built around either a high-angle shooting block or a full outdoor experience (fly fishing, river float, hiking, horseback, or land navigation). It’s about shared challenge, fresh air, and perspective. You’ll finish the day off-property with dinner and drinks at Copper Queen—great energy and a natural way for the group to bond.

Day Four

Departure Day

A clean finish with no rush: breakfast, pack, and (if time allows) a short pistol session to reinforce key lessons and end on a high note. Then it’s back to Missoula with enough buffer to keep travel stress low.
