The Retreat
Leadership Development in a Real Environment
A private, fully hosted leadership retreat on 25,000 acres of Montana ranch country. Facilitated leadership blocks are paired with live-fire marksmanship, terrain work, and shared field experience — putting your team under real conditions where communication, decision-making, and trust are tested rather than discussed. Instruction is delivered by former special operations professionals — Navy SEALs, Army Rangers and Green Berets. One group on the property for the duration.

Terms — Pricing bracket is locked at contract signing based on committed headcount. Deposit equals the bracket's retreat floor and is non-refundable. Drops below the billed minimum do not reduce the total; additions above the minimum bill at the bracket per-person rate. Bracket changes require 60 days’ written notice. All-in figures include the $15,000 leadership coaching fee and exclude Montana Day experiences, additional ammunition, and airfare.
